We won’t know if we’re the right fit to work together until we get a chance to talk, and I am well aware that counseling can be a significant financial investment. For this reason I offer a free 15-20 minute phone consultation before scheduling a session.

  • Free Consultation (15 minutes)

  • Individual Therapy (50 minutes)

  • Couples Therapy (50 minutes)

Insurance and rates:

  • Individual therapy is $160/hr*

  • Couples therapy is $180/hr
